Vegan Chana Masala Salad

if you are looking for the fastest and easiest
recipes, salads would definitely be the best choice. They are filling, take
only a few minutes to make, and don’t have to be heated up, which makes them a
perfect lunch for an office.



  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 1 ½ cup chickpeas (cooked)

  • 1 tomato (chopped)

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds

  • ½ teaspoon coriander (ground)

  • ½ teaspoon garam masala spice

  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • ¼ cup soymilk

  • Salt to taste



Brown the onions and add all spices and liquid
ingredients. Stir and wait a bit for everything to heat up then pour the hot
seasoning over your chickpeas with tomatoes and toss. You can enjoy it right
away or serve cold.
