This Roasted Garlic Hummus Recipe is easy
and it will make your house smell amazing too!

If you haven’t made your own hummus before, you really need
to try.  It’s so easy and also much cheaper to make yourself.

This healthy hummus recipe can be made in just a few
minutes.

This Roasted Garlic Hummus Recipe is not only easy to make,
but it’s super flavorful too. Vegan and gluten free. You will want to eat it on
everything!


Yields: 4 – 5 servings

Prep Time: 5 min

Total Time: 5 min

 

Ingredients:

·        
1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas OR 1 can chickpeas,
drained and rinsed

·        
1-2 heads of garlic roasted 

·        
1/4 cup tahini

·        
1 tsp cumin

·        
1 T olive oil

·        
Juice of 1 lemon

·        
salt to taste

·        
Water if needed to reach desired consistency

Instructions:

1.      
Add the chickpeas to a food processor and blend
for a minute.

2.     
Then add the remaining ingredients, except water
and blend.

3.     
Slowly, a little at a time, add the water until
you reach a desired consistency or creaminess.

Notes:

This hummus should last several weeks in the fridge. Enjoy!
