Peach Chia Jam

Healthy jam

he best thing about this peach chia jam, is that there is no
canning, boiling or pectin involved!  The chia seeds do all the
work.  This chia jam is made in the refrigerator.  Super
easy!
Only a few ingredients to make this healthy jam!

 

Yields: 1 cup jam

Prep Time: 5 min

Total Time: 5 min

Ingredients:

·        
3 peaches (pits removed)

·        
2 T chia seeds

·        
1 tsp cinnamon

·        
2 T maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

1.      
Slice the peaches and blend them up in a food
processor. I left the skins on, but you can peel them if you like.

2.     
Once the mixture is smooth, add the chia seeds
and place the mixture in the fridge for about 3-4 hours to set.
