It’s so easy and a great way to use up those fresh
strawberries. I suppose you could also use frozen strawberries in this dressing
recipe. I would just let them thaw out first. You can make this in just
about five minutes.
Yields: 1 cup
Prep Time: 5 min
Total Time: 5 min
2 cups strawberries (I used fresh, but frozen
may work too)
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 T red wine vinegar
1 T lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
In a small blender, combine all the ingredients
and mix until smooth.
Serve immediately, or store in an airtight
container for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
