A BBQ sauce that is completely delicious and healthy and
Unlike store bought version this is not loaded with extra sugar. But, you will see that it is delicious
without the extra sugar.
Yields: 1.5 cups
Prep Time: 5 min

6oz or 1/2 cup of tomato paste
1/2 cup water
4 T worcestershire sauce (Annie’s makes a vegan
version with a decent ingredient list)
2 T apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 T raw honey or maple syrup
1 tsp black pepper
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Use immediately or store in the fridge in an airtight
container. I save glass jars just for the purpose of storing things like this.
