All you need is 2 ingredients to make this decadent spread! It’s
so delicious. It can be used for so many things like a spread for pancakes or
waffles, drizzle over ice cream, swirl some in overnight oats, or just eat it
off the spoon!
This healthy spread has zero added sugars. It’s just
sweetened with dates.
Yields: 1 cup caramel cashew spread.

10 Medjool dates (soaked in water for
at least 30 minutes)
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
Drain the dates and add them to
a food processor with the cashew butter. Blend until smooth. Store in
a jar in the fridge. It should last a few weeks that way. Enjoy!
