This is great because it is made with real ingredients. Plus, it’s
super easy to make. You probably already have all the ingredients on hand.
Yields: 1 cup

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (vegans can try
2 T yellow mustard
1 1/2 T raw honey (maple syrup to keep it vegan)
1 T lemon juice
Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge for
later. You may want to store in recycled
glass jam jars. It should last about a week. Super easy, right?
