A great Vegan dressing for your daily salad. Unlike most salad dressing recipes, this contains no oil. You can also whip it up in minutes!

Total Time: 5 min
· 1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice (I juiced my own apples)
· 2 T apple cider vinegar
· 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
· Pinch sea salt
Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. This should last a few weeks in the fridge. Enjoy!
